Terms of Service

These terms apply to SalonDesk, the salon management software made by Saveron Digital Inc. (“SalonDesk”, “we”, “us”): the SalonDesk apps, app.salondesk.io, salondesk.io and the booking pages we host. By using SalonDesk you agree to them.

For salons

• Your subscription, price and trial period are as agreed with us when your salon is set up. You can cancel at any time; the service runs until the end of the period you paid for.
• You are responsible for the people you give access to, for keeping sign-in details private, and for what your team records in SalonDesk.
• You are responsible for having your clients’ permission to keep their details, message them on WhatsApp, and take and use photos — SalonDesk records those consents to help you.
• Your salon’s data is yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask for a copy or for it to be deleted.
• Prices, deposits, cancellation rules and payments between a salon and its clients are the salon’s own; SalonDesk is not a party to them.

For clients booking a salon

• Your appointment is with the salon. Its own rules on deposits, lateness and cancellation apply, and questions about a visit or a payment go to the salon.
• Please give accurate details and cancel through your link if you cannot come.

Acceptable use

Don’t use SalonDesk to send spam, to break the law, to access another salon’s data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We work to keep SalonDesk available and your data backed up every day, but the service is provided as it is, and there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Features may change as the product improves; we will not remove something essential to your salon without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SalonDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or bookings, and our total liability is limited to what your salon paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell salon owners before it takes effect.
